3. What is the best advice someone told you?

My mother always said to me, “Young ladies don’t scream”. It has stuck with me, my entire life and former boss who said, “Great is he/she who knows his/her shortcomings.”

“The perception that we are to emotional and incapable of making tough decisions.”

5. Which woman inspires you and why?

My grand mother who recently passed away and my mother. Both of whom molded me into the woman that I am today.
